I was recently forwarded a very clever email by a friend who was smart enough not to follow through with the scam. They forwarded it onto me so that I could take a look at it. Here is the text of the email that was received.
Dear webmail Subscriber,
We would like to inform you that we are currently carrying out scheduled
maintenance and upgrade of our webmail service and as a result of this;
our E-mail client has been changed and your original password will be
reset. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
To maintain your account, you must reply to this email immediately
and enter your current password here (******)
Failure to do this within 48 hours will immediately render your email
account deactivated from our database.
Thank you for using the webmail!

This is one of the better attempts I have seen lately. If you go to the webmail.co.uk site it is just a banner. These are some clever scammers so watch out.
